The Document Management System is developed to enhance the efficiency of sharing files by deploying a multi user, version control system that can store unlimited versions of all the important files from text based documents to image capturing documents. The solution makes sure that damaged, lost or out dated documents are minimized by digitalizing the process of storage and retrieval of the documents.
The Document Management System allows for seamless upload and download of files and documents with support for file branching and versioning. It can track projects, documents and other filing system thereby eliminating the need for file nomenclature by providing an efficient search through file indexing.
